Overview and Key Features

Gionee is known to launch really slim phones. Their S5.5 and S5.1 are prime examples of that. The Elife S7 too is just 5.5mm thick. The phone was announced at MWC 2015. The key specifications of the Gionee S7 are — 

• 5.2 inch display with the resolution of 1920x1080 pixels which takes the pixel resolution to a good 424 PPI. The display has a coating of Corning Gorilla Glass
• It is a Dual SIM phone
• The Gionee Elife S7 runs on a 1.7GHz, Octa Core, Mediatek MT6752 processor and is packed with 2GB of RAM
• As of now, Gionee has only announced a 16GB variant of this device and this is a bummer as the phone lacks a card slot. So, if 16GB of storage is not sufficient for you then this phone may not be the best choice
• The rear camera has a 13 Megapixel sensor and can shoot up to 1080p videos while the front camera has a 8 Megapixel camera which will be good for clinking selfies
• The Gionee Elife S7 is powered by a 2750 mAh battery which is non-removable
